Our Professional Services team covers a comprehensive list of services across a wide range of products and solutions to support our Fly Higher partners.

Our aim is to provide assistance and support when our Fly Higher partners need extra resources during busy times, or are developing into new business areas, but do not yet have the skills or experience with the new technology.

Our highly trained and accredited consultants are able to assist in a multitude of situations from complex design, customer workshops and deal winning support to the provision of engineering, consultancy and project management.

Partner Challenges

We anticipate that most of our Fly Higher partners have a core installed base of customers that need to be maintained and managed, whilst you work on expanding into new areas. That installed base of solution revenue funds your ability to expand. The expertise required to keep that installed base while also investing in selected areas for growth needs to be managed. Your success in balancing these needs directly impacts your agility and ability to go after new growth opportunities.

Our Ingram Micro Professional Services are designed to provide a cost effective workforce, enabling you to respond to business demands by assisting when the need arises.

We offer three types of engagement:

• Time and Materials
• Pre-defined work package, often sku based.
• Customer Scope of Work
